For the assembly of ignition coils, our company uses a dedicated electronic product assembly line in the dust-free workshop, equipped with multiple pneumatic, electric, manual assembly tooling machines, and multiple online testing instruments to ensure the smoothness of product flow and product quality. For the epoxy resin infusion of the ignition coil, our company adopts a fully automatic vacuum infusion machine with German-Chinese joint venture technology. It has the characteristics of high production efficiency, accurate measurement, accurate proportioning, good vacuum degree, ensuring good epoxy resin fluidity and strong permeability, and completes the infusion of the product under a high vacuum state. To ensure the continuity of product production and the stability of product quality. The solidification of the product after infusion adopts low, medium, high, and cooling four-stage solidification equipment to meet the requirements of product insulation and pressure resistance so that the performance of the product can reach the best state.

The factory inspection of the ignition coil adopts a special “automotive ignition coil performance test bench” to complete the product’s high voltage, current, discharge energy and other performance indicators to ensure the reliability and consistency of the product quality when it leaves the factory.
