Air Suspension Strut

We designed new pillars for each individual application. KTT’s new pillars are built from the ground up with high-quality components, including brand new custom valves. These shock absorbers were designed and rigorously tested on the test machine, and then drove countless miles on the test fleet. Our goal is to provide drivers with a driving experience comparable to original shock absorbers.

Many of KTT’s new pillars use CNC machined tops, made of aircraft-quality aluminium, and the new steel bottom brackets fit perfectly without modification. All KTT Air Struts include longer-lasting seals, new anti-collision stoppers, heavy-duty crimp rings, a resistor that eliminates dashboard warning lights, as well as dust baffles and aluminium cans to protect the device from road debris Impact. The new struts designed by KTT are an excellent alternative to the aging air suspension system because they provide the luxury, comfort and self-levelling of air springs, but replace the aging old shock absorbers with new custom valves to provide an excellent ride experience.
